This is my 2nd try on eye manipulation.
Inspired by the great :iconsugargrl14:

The title doesn't have a connection with this deviation. haha. lulz. I just cant think of a good title to go with this. :XD:

I tried to make the swirls under her eye look realistic, but its an epic fail. haha.
